Letters of Invitation

Due to security concerns, letters will only be issued to registrants who have completed their registration by January 26, 2011 at 12:00pm (CT). Letters will be sent once registration verification is completed.

If you have already completed your registration and have received a registration confirmation number you can submit your request for a Letter of Invitation via email. CLICK HERE to send your request via email.

To assist our office with processing your request please include your full name and registration confirmation number. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Letters will be sent out via email to the email address on the request.
