Change is not an event or a destination but a process. In the second part of this two-part session, you will extend your learning to ensure you are equipped to deal with a change process so that obstacles are overcome and the implementation of change is successful. The system implications of change will be explored, together with how people respond to change and what teams have to do to make changes work. Patterns of resistance will be examined and tips to help individuals work through change will be discussed. Team involvement to promote workable solutions will be stressed. Participants will begin working on an individualized plan of action to address a personal change process.
