Developing and teaching an inspiring vision is the central aspect of creating the practice you desire. Every practice has a culture, defined as the way we do things around here. Culture comes from the behaviors of those who make up the workgroup or practice. We will discuss the importance of vision-setting and will help you develop one that fits your ideal future practice. As importantly, we will show you how to set and reinforce behavior standards for you and your employees that will lead to the kind of culture you want in your office.
