Member Welcome Reception
When: Friday, March 7 | 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Where: Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort
Join us for the Member Welcome Reception to connect and celebrate with your fellow AAD members. Attendees can look forward to live entertainment and access to various venues along the Promenade, see listing below.
Be sure to purchase your ticket(s) with registration!
The deadline to purchase tickets will be Friday March 7, at 6:30 p.m. EST, or until tickets sell out.
Ticket pricing
AAD Member: $25/ticket
Guests of Members: $75/ticket (2 additional ticket maximum, must be purchased with a member ticket)
Tickets can be purchased in the Annual Meeting online registration system and are non-refundable.
Transportation will be provided to and from the Orange County Convention Center West Building, the Hyatt Regency, and all the hotels along the AAD shuttle route.
Meeting attendees who buy tickets to the Member Welcome Reception will receive a voucher with their meeting badge. This voucher will need to be redeemed for entry wristbands prior to boarding the shuttle. Wristbands will be required to access Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort. Attendees may pick-up wristbands at either the Convention Center or the Hyatt Regency.
In conjunction with the Member Welcome Reception, designated meet-up locations have been arranged once inside the reception to facilitate networking among our international members and resident members. International members are invited to gather at Antojitos, where they can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and connect with peers. Meanwhile, our resident members will convene at Pat O’Brien’s, providing a fun setting to catch up with colleagues and friends.
