Group registration
The AAD does not offer a group registration process. Each individual will need to be registered separately using the normal system. See category details here.
Group housing
Group housing is available for 10 or more scientific program attendees. Rooms only and room packages are available. Group housing requests need to be submitted by January 10, 2025. The group housing rooming list deadline is January 23, 2025.

Due to high demand, inventory is very limited in Orlando. At this time, we are unable to guarantee availability. We are working hard to fulfill your requests, and we appreciate your patience. Please note our response may be delayed until we have rooms to offer your group and fulfillment may not meet all requested criteria.

Fraud warning
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (MGE), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2025 Annual Meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for the Annual Meeting through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events. In partnership with MGE, group room packages will be managed by FHT Global.
