Share the “I’m Attending” or “We’re Attending” graphics on your social media accounts before the meeting starts.
Tag as many people as you can in your posts to increase reach and engagement.
Utilize a mix of posts, stories, reels/videos on various platforms to appeal to their respective algorithms.
Share your key learnings and favorite sessions on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
Refrain from using controversial language or unprofessional messaging.

For Speakers and Directors
Use the hashtag #AAD2025 and tag @AADmember in your posts and stories.
Tag the other speakers/co-directors in your session to amplify your posts’ reach.
Share the “I’m Speaking” graphics on your social media accounts before the meeting starts. (See the sample post below.)
Advise attendees of what they can or cannot take photos of during your session to post on social media (i.e. slides, patient images, etc.).
