2025 AAD Innovation Academy: Important dates
Registration
Registration will open according to the schedule below:
Early access registration and fees (AAD members only): Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Standard registration and fees: Begin Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Registration fees
Early access registration for AAD members will end Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting. View registration fees.
Housing
Deadline to book housing through the AAD is Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Cancellations

Membership
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2025 Innovation Academy to receive the member rate.
Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to allow adequate time.
If a category change is required after completing registration, a $100 processing fee will be applied.
Deadline to register and receive materials by mail
Registrants who have a completed, paid in full, registration by June 11, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will automatically have their materials mailed prior to the meeting.
If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, your badge can be picked up when you arrive.
Fraud warning
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (MGE), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2025 Innovation Academy. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for Innovation Academy through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events (MGE).
