For the fifth year in a row, JAAD retained its position as the #1 most impactful journal out of 94 dermatology journals measured in Clarivate’s 2023 Journal Citations Report (JCR) Web of Science.

JAAD’s impact factor is 12.8.
JAAD has the greatest number of citations in the field at 36,661.
Both measures place JAAD in the No. 1 position among dermatology journals.

The recently launched, newest addition to the JAAD family of journals, JAAD Reviews joined our two other open access, online-only titles this year, JAAD Case Reports and JAAD International.
JAAD Reviews seeks high-quality, evidence-based reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses papers to support JAAD’s mission of “helping dermatologists improve patient outcomes.” All submissions are peer reviewed and of interest to an audience of dermatologists, residents, fellows, and researchers in all dermatology subspecialties, as well as clinicians in related fields.
