Open your mind, expand your knowledge — and earn CME

The Academy offered many new educational opportunities in 2024. Evidence-based guidelines and a series of CME offerings are free to Academy members.
And now, thanks to the new AAD Clinical Guidelines app — available as an AAD member benefit — you can quickly look up the information you need in an easy-to-use-interface right at your fingertips.
New on-demand CME courses included with AAD membership include:
AAD Guidelines: Awareness of Comorbidities Associated with Atopic Dermatitis in Adults
Management of Acne Vulgaris: AAD Guidelines and Care Improvement Strategies
Making Sense of the Expanding Molecular Toolbox for Skin Cancer Diagnosis
Advanced Imaging Techniques for Skin Cancer Diagnosis and Reduction Of Unnecessary Biopsies
JAAD CME Supplement – Hidradenitis Suppurativa: Embracing Progress
While not eligible for CME, the Academy has developed other clinical guidance free to members to help their patients and their practice. The Emerging Diseases Resource Center includes new content on emerging dermatophytes, including Trichophyton indotineae and other severe or antimicrobial-resistant dermatophytes. These resources include information sheets on disease recognition, diagnosis, and treatment options. Additionally, the AAD has developed a registry for emerging dermatophytes. The information you and other members provide will help improve understanding of the dermatologic manifestations of drug-resistant dermatophytes.
