A 17-month-old Caucasian female presented with an abrupt onset of facial tan-brown 2-5mm asymptomatic macules and papules approximately 8 months prior to her visit. Lesions have not changed in size, character, or location since, and were unresponsive to topical desonide. She has no significant past medical history.
