What is the AAD's return or exchange policy?

The AAD takes great pride in the quality of its products. You may return products for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment if the items are in their original condition and unopened. CD-ROMs and publications with CD-ROMs included in them, once opened, cannot be returned.

T-shirts must be unworn and in the original condition to be returned or exchanged for a different size. Original packing slip/invoice must be included with all returns/exchanges.

When will I get my refund?

Once a refund has been approved, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks. For more information on your refund, please call the MRC at (866) 503-SKIN (7546) or outside the U.S. at (847) 240-1280.

I purchased an electronic item such as; eBooks, patient safety module, QRS, PI CME activities, can I return it?

eBooks, Patient Safety Modules, Quality Reporting System (QRS) modules, and PI CME activities are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another product.

I purchased a live webinar, and can’t attend. Can I get a refund?

Individual live webinars may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Thereafter, live webinars are non-refundable and cannot be applied to an existing or upcoming webinar.  The Webinar All-Access Pass in non-refundable. 

I purchased an on-demand webinar, can I get a refund?

On-demand webinars are non-refundable. 

I purchased the Webinar All-Access Pass, can I get a refund?

The Webinar All-Access Pass is non-refundable.  

I purchased a Dialogues in Dermatology subscription (digital or CD), can I get a refund?

A Dialogues in Dermatology subscription in either digital or CD format is non-refundable.
